1. About these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use or FormulaLegends, a fictional online motorsport management game operated by NitroXHost. By creating an account, you enter into an agreement with the operator and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Game Rules.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use an account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. One person may not create or operate multiple accounts where this gives an unfair advantage.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us or suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared or used on behalf or another person without written permission from the operator.

4. The game service

FormulaLegends is a fictional game. Teams, manufacturers, sponsors, shares, currencies, rewards and race outcomes are virtual game elements unless expressly stated otherwise. Virtual money, diamonds, shares and items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money outside an authorised purchase or refund process.

5. Paid services

Prices and the content or paid packages are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by an external payment provider. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the legal consequences for a statutory withdrawal right. Refunds are not excluded where required by law or where a paid product was not delivered correctly.

6. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You must comply with the Game Rules. Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation without permission, harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, payment abuse, account trading, attempts to disrupt the service and unauthorised access are prohibited.

7. User communications

Private messages, chat messages, team names and other user content must be lawful and respectful. You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant the operator a limited licence to store, display and process that content only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the game.

8. Moderation and enforcement

We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations or safeguard the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal. Reported private messages may be reviewed by authorised admins or the owner for moderation purposes.

9. Availability, updates and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party failures or game updates may temporarily affect access. Features, balancing, race schedules and virtual items may be changed where reasonably necessary. Material contractual changes will be communicated in an appropriate way.

10. Intellectual property

The game software, design, branding, artwork and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. You receive a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for private entertainment. FormulaLegends is fictional and is not affiliated with Formula 1, the FIA or any real racing team or manufacturer.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence where applicable. Subject to mandatory law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost virtual progress caused by permitted balancing or maintenance, or failures outside reasonable control. Consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Termination

You may stop using the game and request account deletion. We may terminate the agreement for serious breach, unlawful use, fraud or continued violation after warning where a warning is appropriate. Legal and accounting records may be retained where required.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without depriving consumers or mandatory protections available in their country or residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law may hear disputes. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint informally.
